Use infrared specific cameras for detecting heat that is impossible to see by the naked eye. This heat is typically generated by an increase of resistance in electrical equipment. Increases in temperature indicate potential problems that could result in component failure, or arcing. This may result in interruption of operations and injury to personnel.
